Irene was born and raised in Philadelphia. She graduated from high school and was employed with the Philadelphia Housing Authority.

Irene has been married for 20 years. As a mother of four children, she displayed much love.

Throughout her lifetime, she has had many friends. She has a love for music and cooking.
